HOW TO USE

Twist base to dispense product. Retract and firmly replace cap after each use to prevent the formula from drying out. For a diffused effect, define the eyes along the upper lash line and blend with a brush. For a winged look, extend the liner past the outer corner of the eye using short strokes until desired length is achieved.
