HOW TO USE
Start by applying a touch of eye cream to prep the under eye area. Allow to fully absorb before applying The Neutralizer Pencil under your eyes, inner eye corner, and anywhere else experiencing darkness. Use a finger to tap the product into skin and cover evenly, avoiding tugging. Once the darkness is concealed, layer The Face Pencil directly over top, again tapping the product into the skin but this time blending into your natural skin tone for a seamless appearance.
