HOW TO USE


Candle: Trim the wick no shorter than 1cm before lighting for a longer, cleaner burn. On the first time of lighting, allow the candle to burn for a few hours, until the wax has pooled right to the edge. This will allow for an even burn in future.

Body butter: Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon of the magnesium butter all over your body daily after showering or bathing, practice some mindful breathing, in for 7, out for 11.
