HOW TO USE

Trim the wick each time before lighting for a longer, cleaner burn. On the first time of lighting, allow the candle to burn for a few hours until the wax has pooled right to the edge. This will allow for an even burn in future.

Cire Trudon's Positano scented candle showcases the very finest in home fragrance. A mineral and vegetal wax blend captures a rural, sun-drenched Italian location, created in collaboration with designer Giambattista Valli.

Inspired by the village of Positano, perched above the Amalfi coast, illuminated by the Italian sun, this delightfully white fragrance blends a fresh bouquet of gardenia, orange blossom, jasmine, magnolia, tuberose and lily. A favourite location of Giambattista Valli, who was taken by the delicate floral aroma that fills the local air, picturesque Positano is honoured here in a special edition white vessel.

About Trudon
Trudon, the world's oldest candlemaker, has been turning wax into light since 1643. Founded on Rue Saint Honoré, just down the road from the Tuileries Palace, the company and its innovations became a part of French history, appearing in a Balzac book and, more importantly, supplying illumination to Louis XIV, Marie Antoinette and, eventually, Napoleon. Today, having survived revolution and the invention of electricity, Trudon works with contemporary noses and desingers to make distinctive – and gorgeously packaged – scented candles.
