The Liberty Legends capsule collection is made up of five archival designs from the ‘60s and ‘70s. Featured in The Archive Book and worn by iconic musicians of the day, including Jimi Hendrix and Ginger Baker, the flamboyant prints have been revived by our in-house design team in bright, bold hues that pay homage to their origin. A celebration of our legendary print archive, this Liberty Fabrics’ collection is exclusively printed on organic Tana Lawn™ cotton.

Peacock Dandy is a striking conversational originally dating back to c.1925. Revived in a much larger scale and recoloured in rich, bold palettes during the mid-1960s, this design showcases Liberty’s ongoing love affair with the majestic and mysterious peacock.
Our Tana Lawn™ cotton is a fabric built by obsession, perfected into a modern masterpiece of production through a bespoke process that has evolved over a century. Here it is prepared in a slightly different process to ensure GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification, along with our usual Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 rating. Printed in our very own Liberty Printing Mill in northern Italy, the organic version of our signature Tana has a beautifully warm and soft touch, combining rich fluidity with vibrant print quality.
