Honouring the capital’s abundance and variety of natural beauty spots, the Liberty Fabrics designers drew inspiration from all over the city to create the London Parks quilting collection – a captivating day trip through the most timeless park activities including flying kites, enjoying an al fresco picnic, and making new canine friends. Traditionally screen-printed onto our soft Lasenby cotton, the collection is specifically designed for quilting and craft projects.

This elegant floral trail was based on a hand-embroidered fabric length discovered in the Liberty archive. Its sinuous layout of decorated flowers, ornamental leaves and scrolling stems emulate the beautiful wrought ironwork often found on various garden gates around London.
Designed specifically for quilting, our soft Lasenby cotton base is suitable for a range of creative projects, including bedspreads, cushions and cosies. It is machine washable and durable enough for daily use, with each richly coloured design created using traditional screen-printing techniques.
