For this rebirth of a classic, Frédéric Malle's Monsieur champions patchouli, a cornerstone of perfumery. Reminiscent of the seductive allure of times gone by, this sensual, elegant note constitutes half of the fragrance’s unique formula. Top notes of mandarin orange mingle with rum absolute, while generous measures of cedar, suede and frankincense create a mystical aura with amber for a touch of darkness and modernity. Traces of vanilla and musk round off the edges to make a harmonious whole.

A rising star of perfumery, Bruno Jovanovic discovered the magical world of fragrance on a visit to a department store. A dreamer and highly creative thinker, he lives by the philosophy that "beauty is universal and has no concept" - an idea that is reflected in his compositions.
