HOW TO USE

Begin by rubbing some oil in the palm of your hands, apply on your legs and massage going in an upwards motion to the knees and then towards the groin area. In an upwards motion use your hands from the love handles to your armpits going towards the heart area. Glide your hands from your elbows to underneath your arms, repeat 3 times. You can directly drop 5-6 drops of oil directly into your navel, leave it to sit for a few minutes. Doing this method helps with removing impurities and detoxing.
