A thoughtful addition to the iconic Iphis bag collection with its textural all-over stamped leather design, the Petite Valise is a refined and structured cross-body bag designed to work hard and look good while doing it – perfect for the daily commute and beyond.

The Petite Valise is a miniaturised version of the larger Valise style – scaled down, but still roomy enough to carry all your essentials with its internal slip pocket. Named for the 17th century French word still in use today for a small travelling bag or suitcase, this zipped handbag is part of our Iphis family – the quintessential luxury accessory, designed to endure season after season. Complete with a detachable shoulder-strap, style it cross-body or carry its top-handle in one hand for an upscale, contemporary approach to daily toting.

Liberty’s embossed leather accessories offer a textural reimagining of the Iphis pattern – itself inspired by our archival Art Nouveau Ianthe design. Embossed in a North Italian town famed for its fine leather crafting, the supple pre-treated calfskin leather is pressed for immaculate three-dimensional definition – transforming the design’s every stylised floral detail into an intricate monogram. A tactile and subtly luxurious Liberty classic.
