Liberty Sparkle
Ingredients
25ml Sloe Gin
Champagne or Prosecco
Method
To make the Liberty Sparkle, pour 25ml of Sloe Gin into a champagne flute. Top up with champagne or prosecco.
Liberty Sour
Ingredients
50ml Damson Vodka
20ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
Method
To make Liberty Sour, shake lemon, sugar and half a shot of Damson Vodka. Strain over crushed ice and drizzle over the Damson Vodka.
