HOW TO USE
Using the doe-foot applicator, apply a generous amount to the ball of the eye. Using your ring finger or a Trish McEvoy laydown brush, blend swiftly upwards and outwards towards the eyebrow and inner corner of the eye. Wear it solo or as a primer for eyeshadow.
