Drawing on his background in graphic design, Balint Samad’s collections are inspired by his own personal experiences, including his time working for the skilful hand engraver Castro Smith. The London-based goldsmith and diamond setter takes inspiration from a mixture of influences like pop culture, music, nature, and architectural forms – giving his pieces a painstaking and truly magical appearance. He believes jewellery should be enjoyed and passed down for generations, a conviction that’s perfectly reflected in his work.
