HOW TO USE

For a long-lasting one-step smoky eye, apply 24-Hour Eye Shadow and Liner all over the lower lid. Begin at the inner corner of the eye and move outwards across the lash line, gradually bringing the colour up towards the crease of the eye, then blend with a brush or finger.
