HOW TO USE
De-Stress Mind Bath and Shower Oil: Before getting into your bath or shower, warm one capful in cupped hands. Apply to your torso, shoulders and lower back. Massage it gently into your skin to distribute it evenly, focusing on areas that may need extra care, such as dry elbows, knees and shoulders. Cup your hands and bring them to your face, take a deep breath in & out, then step into your bath or shower. Then apply your usual body cleanser in your bath or shower.
Meadow Breathing Balm: Designed to use any time, any place, apply to wrists, chest or neck, breathe deeply and instil calm and focus of both body and mind.
Perfect Nights Sleep Scented Candle: Trim the wick each time before lighting for a longer, cleaner burn. On the first time of lighting, allow the candle to burn for two to three hours until the wax has pooled right to the edge. This will allow for an even burn in future.
A+ Retinol Serum: Apply 1-2 pumps in the evening to clean, dry skin. If new to retinoids, use two days on, two days off. Work your way up to every other day, then to daily, evening use. Follow with a hydrating oil or moisturiser.
Super Sensitive Cleansing Cream: Apply all over face and neck with damp hands, massaging for 30 seconds. Rise and gently pat dry.
