HOW TO USE
Dip the tip of a fine eyeliner brush into the Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, ensuring that all sides of the brush are coated. Wipe off any excess on a tissue. Working quickly, apply liner in short, even strokes as close as possible to the lash line, from the inner to the outer eye corner.
