Get lost in the Land of Oz with Liberty this festive season as the Fabrics Studio has collaborated with Wicked the film and Universal to present the magical, mystical, ethereal Wicked capsule collection. Translating the rich lore of the blockbuster production through the lens of Liberty’s archive-inflected style, these contemporary prints are perfect for celebrating the much-anticipated cinema event. Presenting a rich palette of dense hues, these designs are exquisitely printed onto our inimitable Tana Lawn Cotton.
Developed from a hand painted artwork found in the Liberty archive, Tulip Harvest references the abundant tulip fields of Munchkinland, which forms a key backdrop to the Wicked film.
Our Tana Lawn™ cotton is a fabric built by obsession, perfected into a modern masterpiece of production through a bespoke process that has evolved over a century. Printed in our very own Liberty Printing Mill, located between Milan and Lake Como in northern Italy, Tana realises unmatchable fluidity with a silk-like touch, unique print quality and striking colour vibrancy. Machine washable and durable enough for daily wear, it can be used to create everything from simple separates to spectacular statement pieces.
