Interior Motives: Cushion Trends to Try

Something soft and stylish for every aesthetic

Decorating your home is a commitment. It’s the place where you spend most of your time, and the furnishing choices you make will usually last for years. But that doesn’t mean you have to be wedded to the same aesthetic forever. Swapping out your cushions is a simple and effective way to give your space a seasonal refresh (or a whole new look). You’d be surprised how a scattering of soft accessories can transform the personality of a room, or enhance the cosy factor as winter draws near. Here are some ideas to try next time you update your home.

70s Mood

Turn your living room into a glamorous, 1970s-inspired lounge complete with plush textures, earthy tones, ditsy florals and retro prints. Like the musicians who defined the era, this style is all about artistry, self expression and a touch of hedonism.
