When life gets busy, it's easy to forget to find the time to do the small practices that help calm the storm, and so we at Liberty want to remind you to first, take a breather and, second, find joy within in the little things in your day. From dog walks and outfit planning to watering plants and forest bathing, discover a few mood-boosting rituals to try when you need a dose of dopamine to brighten your day.

The first thing I do is ‘Forest Bathing’. Despite the name, it’s nothing to do with bathing but instead means to ‘bathe’ in the trees with my dog on a Saturday or Sunday. I don’t work on the weekends, I walk my dog for two or three hours in the forest – it’s my favourite. Is there anything better than getting home from a cold walk, making a cup of tea, running the bath, getting your kindle and soaking in the bathtub? I like to put Mirror Water Smooth Body Oil in the bath as well, it’s really hydrating.
