Shona Heath

Visionary set designer Shona Heath brings her fantastical touch to Liberty print, in a unique new collaboration created for the Liberty Fabrics Design Series. Inspired by Philip Ridley’s 1996 children’s book The Hooligan’s Shampoo, Heath constructed miniature sculptures in her studio from everyday corner shop objects – off-kilter scenes of rubber-band bows, flowers made from washing up sponges, and discarded banana skins were painted into beautiful artworks by the Liberty Fabrics team, appearing on a range of fabrics, homeware and accessories.
