We regret to inform you of a potential safety issue with the Tonka 80g Candle by Granado, housed in drawer three of the Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar 2024.

A very small number of customers have notified us that the flame of the Tonka Candle by Granado may burn unsafely. We take the safety of our customers very seriously and so as a precautionary measure we are asking all customers to discontinue use of the product immediately and safely dispose of it.

Where we have customer contact details, we will be contacting those customers who have purchased the Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar and are in possession of the Tonka 80g Candle. We kindly ask all customers who purchased the Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar as a gift to immediately share this message with the recipient.

We will issue all customers who purchased a Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar a Liberty gift voucher to the value of £25 as a gesture of goodwill.

We have urgently requested Granado to investigate and resolve the issue with their product as quickly as possible to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are met. In the meantime, we are requesting all customers and recipients immediately dispose of the product as a precaution.
