Suspended on an ultra-fine trace chain, this petite pendant is formed of a square-shaped fragment of white bakelite in a polished, 9 carat rose gold claw setting. The designer's appreciation for natural imperfection is clear in the 0.18-carat cluster of subtly irregular, light cape diamonds arranged into a cross at the centre of the pendant. About Pascale Monvoisin

Drawing on her Andalusian childhood and many years spent painting, sculpting and crafting, French jewellery designer Pascale Monvoisin creates handcrafted, gem-encrusted talismans, designed to become natural extensions of the self.
