Expertly crafted from 18ct gold, this necklace features a double-loop Mauli link with freshwater pearls and a handcuff finish at each end. At the centre hangs a large barrel pendant in a sparkling gold finish featuring diamond set detailing and an enamel heart to the inside, accompanied by the inscription ‘Vivons heureux, vivons caches.
